A Night of Couture and Cocktails

On a cold, wet and windy February evening hidden away beneath the floorboards of the ever so chic and contemporary restaurant Meursault in South Kensington, revealed an evening of couture, cocktails and fine jewellery at its best. Hosted by the fabulous O’nitaa Prasada the private soirĂ©e consisted of an elite guest list, divine clutch bags and jewellery boasting great sophistication by London based designer Amishi. Not to forget the very creative mehndi designs done by the talented Henna-H. It was a night full of fantastic fashion with elegant silhouettes, beautiful flowing fabrics and great attention to detail within each piece showcased. There was a mixture of still life and live models walking in between the crowd of fashionistas and lovers of all the finer elements of life. To note O’nitaa has a great character and eye for detail allowing her to refine and select only the best designers coming out of the South Asian fashion industry and bestowed upon the western market. In the run up to the annual Womenswear London Fashion Week 2014, it has been a breath of fresh air to see retailers such as O’nitaa that make it their mission to promote and enhance the market for all those that may not be aware and actually get a chance to be visually enticed by such designers like Asifa & Nabeel to Sonya Battla.

A night with O’nitaa was a beautiful and welcomed finish to a miserable rainy day in London with its intense and culturally vibrant burst of energy and pure luxury stemming from the stunning pieces showcased. Completed with pure beauty, innocence and pure designs from Amishi London bags and jewellery.
